Getting Married!

Congratulations on your engagement!  Getting married in church is exciting, personal, meaningful and holy.  You can be married at any of the three churches in our team.

We run a parish office on Monday evenings (term-time only) 6-7pm at St John’s church.  If you contact us to make an enquiry about a wedding, we will invite you to attend this drop-in session.  We will be delighted to meet you and will try to answer your questions.  We’ll fill out a marriage application form and give you information about what to do next.

If you are getting a married in another church and need to have your Banns read at one of our churches and are unsure if you live in one of our parishes see

There are some legal requirements if you wish to be married in church. To see if you can get married in one of our churches and for for more information see
